*ClearWave have teamed up with National Broadband Ireland [NBI] to provide ultra-fast Gigabit broadband to completely new areas of the countryside.
If you have been unable to avail of a fibre service up until now and wish to, this may be the broadband solution for you! NBI and ClearWave are building a completely new fibre network in areas which are not already served with fibre to provide the best possible service for our customers. NBI is a wholesale provider so they do not directly sell broadband to end users, so ClearWave have partnered with them to deliver its 500 Mbps and 1000 Mbps Gigabit services directly to our customers.
We are now an official agent for NBI which means wherever the NBI network has been rolled out into an area we can provide you with super fast speeds. Additionally to this, we can offer much more added value with our service that the national carriers like Eir, Sky and Vodafone just can’t do, such as:
- Full access to our local shop and office in Dungarvan where you can drop in anytime to discuss your account, pay a bill and get great security and technical advice for your home network.
- No waiting for crazy long hold times on the phone with a remote call centre if you have any device issues, just drop in or call any of the team directly on their mobile phone!
- We don’t pin you down for 18 month and or 24 month + contracts. Ours is one of the shortest NBI contracts available.
- We don’t offer a discounted rate for the first month or two then hike the price up. Ours is a guaranteed and fixed price that you can depend on.
- We can offer OpenEir access to eFibre and DSL lines which mean additional value in towns and cities too but delivered locally.
Our pricing will be extremely competitive and in most cases cheaper than the national carriers as we will be offering extended fixed price guarantees. Additionally, any order that is pre-ordered before the fibre is activated in an area will have no installation or activation charge either. As soon as an area is activated with NBI fibre we will contact you and offer the option to switch from an existing wired or wireless service that you have with us to the new fibre network (if you would like).
